What is the 2-hour early-access window?
For the first 2 hours after a brief is posted, only FL Pro members can apply. After that, every freelancer can apply.
Cancellation and refunds
FL Pro is month to month: cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the paid month. Under section 44 of the ECTA you can cancel a new subscription within 7 days for a full refund, unless you have already used the Pro features to contact or apply. Match & Boost is a once-off purchase that is delivered immediately, so it is not refundable once your matches have been generated.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in South African rand. FreelanceLocals is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. You pay FreelanceLocals only for FL Pro or Match & Boost; what you pay a freelancer for their work is between the two of you, with no commission.
